Area Of Expertise
Chloe’s areas of focus cover the majority of the services we provide across management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, accounts, tax and general business advice. She enjoys working with clients on a regular basis, building strong relationships and getting a detailed understanding of their systems, people, and strategy, and helping them to achieve their goals by providing advice that goes beyond the numbers. She advises clients from a range of sectors and specialises in property and hospitality.
In addition to her client work, Chloe leads the firm’s training and development, supports recruitment and manages relationships between the firm and training providers.
Chloe is proud to work with local schools and colleges on the placement of apprenticeships within the firm, the development of course content and providing work experience.
Experience
Chloe started her career at Hayward Wright on a week’s work experience whilst studying for her A Levels. In 2013 she began her apprenticeship with Hayward Wright, completing her AAT and ACCA whilst progressing to a Client Manager role. In 2021, she obtained her ACCA Practicing certificate and was promoted to Director in 2022.
Personal Background
Chloe has a natural affinity for the restaurant sector, which stems from her family background; her Dad is a chef, and her mum is also an excellent cook. She enjoys eating out and trying new recipes at home. Away from work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, including Nellie, her rescue dog from Romania.
I love being part of the Hayward Wright team, where I get to work closely with clients, helping them grow and achieve their goals every step of the way.
