Pricing
How we price our services
At Hayward Wright, we believe in clarity, fairness, and value. Our pricing reflects the quality of our service, the expertise of our team, and the outcomes we help our clients achieve.
Tailored to you
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Every business is unique, and so are its needs. That’s why we take the time to understand your goals before providing a quote that is specific to your requirements.
Transparent and predictable
We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Whether you’re a startup, an owner-managed business, an SME, or an established enterprise, you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for.
Value-driven approach
Our focus is always on delivering measurable value. We don’t just crunch numbers, we help you make smarter decisions, improve profitability, and plan for the future.
Flexible engagement models
We offer a range of pricing options to suit different types of engagement:
– Fixed fee packages: Ideal for routine services like year-end accounts, tax returns, and payroll.
– Monthly retainers: For ongoing advisory and support, giving you access to our team throughout the year.
– Project-based pricing: For one-off strategic projects such as business planning, restructuring, or funding support.
– Hourly rates: Available for ad-hoc consultations or specialist input.

FAQs
How is a fractional finance director different from an outsourced accountant?
An outsourced accountant focuses mainly on compliance and financial reporting, whereas a fractional finance director can provide regular senior-level strategic leadership and is embedded in your business for a period of time helping shape decisions on growth, funding, investment, and financial control.
What level of involvement will a fractional finance director have in my business?
They can attend board and management meetings, provide regular financial reporting, and work closely with your leadership team. Their involvement is flexible, from a few days a month to more intensive support during critical projects.
Can a fractional finance director help prepare my business for investment or sale?
Yes. They bring the expertise needed to prepare investor-ready business plans, forecasts, and due diligence materials, ensuring you are well-positioned for funding, acquisition, or exit opportunities.
Will they work with my existing finance team?
Absolutely. A fractional finance director can mentor and develop your in-house finance function, improving processes and building capability so your team becomes more effective over time.
How quickly can a fractional finance director start working with us?
In most cases, we can assign a finance director within a short timeframe following an initial assessment, ensuring you get senior financial expertise when you need it most.
