She focuses on VAT compliance and returns, CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) submissions, bookkeeping and management accounting, self-assessment tax returns, client accounts management, compliance and risk management, and training and mentoring team members.
Oliwia is passionate about continuously developing her skills and ensuring accuracy in financial matters while helping clients navigate their tax and compliance responsibilities. She also enjoys building strong relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their needs, and providing a supportive, caring service.
Experience
Since joining Hayward Wright, Oliwia has been learning to master her skills in accounting, VAT returns, CIS submissions, and bookkeeping. She has gained experience handling management accounting on behalf of clients from a variety of industry sectors, with a particular focus on SME limited companies and sole traders in construction. Oliwia also plays a role in training and mentoring apprentices while continually expanding her expertise in compliance and due diligence. As part of her professional development, Oliwia is looking to further develop her business development skills and build strong client relationships to drive the firm’s growth and success.
Personal Background
Outside of work, most of Oliwia’s time is spent traveling abroad and around the UK, exploring different cultures and discovering new food destinations. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and animals.
