Mia specialises in business development, helping to identify new business opportunities, supporting our existing clients, and working closely with the wider professional and business community to grow the Hayward Wright network.
She works closely with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities where Hayward Wright can provide additional support and value. Alongside this, Mia works with the team on client engagement and feedback, helping to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships and develop our offering and services.
Experience
Before joining Hayward Wright, Mia worked at Gowling WLG, where she supported the firm’s Real Estate sector, as well as its developing ESG practice. In this role, Mia worked closely with partners and senior stakeholders to develop business plans, identify opportunities for growth and strengthen client relationships, giving her valuable experience of supporting business development within a large professional services environment.
Personal Background
Mia has a First Class degree in Business Management and Human Resources and is originally from, and now based in, the West Midlands.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys keeping active and taking on new challenges. Last year, she cycled from London to Paris to raise money for Young Epilepsy. She also has a passion for travelling and previously spent six months living in France, working as a chalet host in the French Alps.
A keen foodie, Mia enjoys discovering new cuisines and places to eat – an interest she credits, at least in part, to her love of travelling.
