Currently we have the following roles to fill specifically.


Payroll Assistant

We are looking for a skilled payroll assistant to join our busy team.  The role is primarily based at our office in Redditch and will involve:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a range of clients.
  • Assisting with auto enrolment pension processing.
  • Handling starters and leavers.
  • Dealing with queries from clients and managing relationships.
  • Maintaining your payroll knowledge.

Ideally you will:

  • Have worked in a similar position previously with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Always ensure you maintain an excellent level of attention to detail.
  • Have a can do attitude with a continuous drive for improvement.
  • Experience of Brightpay software would be an advantage but is not essential.

This role will of course include all of our excellent companywide benefits as above but will in addition command a salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 FTE depending upon experience.

Trainee Accountant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a GCSE or A-Level leaver looking to take their first steps towards a career as a qualified accountant.  The role will be based primarily at our Redditch office and will include:

  • General bookkeeping duties under the guidance of an experienced Client Manager.
  • Assisting with preparation of management accounts.
  • Working within a team preparing statutory year end accounts.
  • The opportunity to have exposure to both personal and corporate tax work.
  • Enrolment onto a fully funded AAT training course with our tuition partner.

Ideally you will:

  • Have strong GCSE and/or A-Level results
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Always ensure you maintain an excellent level of attention to detail.
  • Have a can-do attitude with a continuous drive for improvement.

This role will of course include all our excellent companywide benefits as above but will in addition command a salary of £16,000, and could lead to further qualifications.
