For each payroll run Hayward Wright's dedicated staff will:
- Process all payroll input data, amendments and tax code changes.
- Check the payroll output for accuracy including any back pay and adjustments.
- Print payslips and management reports including any bespoke reports requested.
- Produce BACS transfer form for your verification.
- Process BACS once agreed.
- Send all payslips and reports to you either by first class post, special delivery or e-mail as previously agreed.
Your payroll manager will also:
- Take resonsibility for liaison with HMRC for submission of your year end data.
- Produce P32 reports detailing payments due to HMRC as required.
- Prepare all P45s and P60s on your behalf.
- Respond to any payroll queries raised by you.
