Business Valuations
How much is your business worth? At HWL we use the latest computer software to calculate the value of your business. We will:
Take cashflow projections
Add a view on the economy and inflation
Review demand outlook relative to the nature of your business
Add gross and net margins
Calculate the discounted cash value of your business
The final report will identify areas of weakness in the business direction, give the user action points that can be undertaken to improve the value of the business and of course HWL will be on hand to offer advice and guidance.
Customer Credit Checks
Many small businesses do not carry out any checks before taking on new customers. This can often mean that the customers are taken on who end up being more trouble than they are worth. Time and money can be lost chasing bad debts and worse debts sometimes have to be written off completely.
These situations can be minimised by carrying out a simple credit check before commencing work, a suggested credit limit is also provided.
HWL can carry out this credit check on your behalf for just £3.99 + VAT, the potential savings are limitless.

Fee Protection Service
The likelihood that you or your business will one day be investigated by the tax authorities is higher today than ever before.
Since the introduction of self-assessment for individuals and businesses, the Revenue authorities have been able to shift considerable resources from administration to investigation. They have also introduced random enquries which take no account of the health of your tax affairs.
Should this occur you may or may not face additional tax demand but what is for certain, is that you will incur additional professional fees. The fee protection insurance covers all the additional acountancy costs incurred in dealing with the enquiry on your behalf. This means that can provide you with the best possible service without you worrying about how much it will cost.
The insurance will provide cover in respect of fees arising in the event of certain enquries in respect of Corporation Tax, Income Yax, VAT and PAYE/NIC.
