Due to ambitious expansion plans we require a number of individuals who can develop and manage a series of new offices.
Reporting to the Group Board you will manage the office, and have full profit responsibility. You will use your skills to generate new client business and grow existing accounts.
Close relationships have been built with a number of strategic partners. You will be expected to fully utilise these partnerships to grow your business.
The business has grown rapidly in recent years outstripping the competitors. This success is attributed to having a very professional and committed management team. You will be expected to fully integrate with this team and to become a key member of the Operations Board.
An Accountancy qualification would be an advantage but is not essential. What are essential are excellent communication skills, personal drive and determination to win.

Administrator (Redditch)
|
To support the continued growth of Hayward Wright we seek an additional member of our administration team.
A professional, friendly attitude is important as you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our Redditch office. Duties will include general administration, letter typing and filing along with everyday tasks that support the smooth running of Hayward Wright Redditch.
Excellent computer skills are essential although experience of the accountancy industry is not, this role would suit school or college leaver wanting a career in administration.
