Clarity – Although we have little flexibility in the way statutory accounts are produced, we will spend time explaining all the figures so clients have a full understanding of the accounts.

Fixed Fees – We will agree a fee with you prior to starting work to aid financial planning and avoid unpleasant surprises! Monthly payment options available too.

In addition to our standard accounts preparation service which meets all your statutory requirements we offer two additional packages.
Accounts PLUS includes:
5 year summary – We will combine all your results for the previous 4 years along with your current results into one document to give a quick overview of the business.
Ratio analysis – Various standard financial ratios are calculated for the same 5 year period for your review.
Customer credit checks – Put your mind at rest with free credit checks of your customers, includes suggested credit limits too. (Limited to 5 per month and includes only business credit checks)
Accounts PRO includes all of the above plus:
Fee Protection Insurance – An insurance policy to cover professional fees incurred during an investigation by HMRC.
Business Valuation – An annual valuation of your business using the latest software.
Costs - Our charges are broken down as follows:
- Sole trader from £19
- Partnerships from £29
- Limited companies from £49
- Accounts PLUS £15
- Accounts PRO £25
All charges are monthly based on a 12 month fixed price agreement and are net of VAT. Fixed price agreements are payable by standing order.
